Deep alizarin appearance with more strawberry-sugars 
and flavor then your average jam.

Ingredients:

Strawberries, pure cane sugar, lemon

juice, citrus pectin.

Method:

Hull strawberries, mash and boil half with sugar, add remaining
and boil briefly, add pectin with remaining sugar, add lemon.
