Mulberry Jelly:000002

Inky and sweet-tart.  Lightly set with

pure apple pectin. An April Jelly with

a full berry flavor.

Ingredients:

Mulberrires, pure cane sugar, lemon 

juice, apple pectin.

Method:

Boil mulberries, hang to extract

juice, boil juice and add

                                              lemon and pectin.
